Abhinav brings a decade of legal experience and currently serves as a Partner at Sigma Chambers, where he advises clients across disruptive technologies, complex commercial disputes, and cross-border structuring mandates. 

Abhinav previously served as General Counsel at Hunch, a consumer social-dating platform, and at PlotX, a blockchain-based prediction protocol. His experience navigating these scale-up environments gives him first-hand insight into the legal and operational challenges faced by high-growth ventures. He also acted as General Counsel for Hillroute, a digital asset mutual fund, where he played a foundational role in setting up its legal architecture from inception.
 

He acts as external General Counsel to emerging and mid-market tech companies, advising on corporate structuring, data privacy compliance, IP frameworks, and day-to-day regulatory requirements. He is known for combining commercial fluency with litigation credibility, making him a trusted advisor to both founding teams and multinational corporations' executives.
 

His practice spans Web3, blockchain, fintech, and other regulated tech sectors, guiding clients through corporate strategy, token structuring, licensing frameworks, regulatory approvals, and fintech compliance. He also leads high-stakes litigation matters, offering end-to-end support from risk strategy to final resolution.
