Kushank is a courtroom-first counsel with a strong regulatory advisory edge. A graduate of NALSAR University of Law (2014) and recipient of the Sir Ratan Tata Scholarship for Academic Excellence, he is known for his consistency—both in academic performance and legal practice.
 

He began his career with the Corporate Legal Group at ICICI Bank, gaining experience in complex banking transactions and institutional litigation. He then transitioned into full-time litigation under the mentorship of Mr. ADN Rao (Supreme Court of India), Luthra and Luthra Law Offices (Litigation) and Mr. Pramod Kumar Dubey, Senior Advocate.
 

With a practice spanning civil, commercial, employment and criminal disputes, he has appeared across forums in India, briefing leading Senior Advocates and independently arguing several reportable matters. He is routinely engaged by fellow lawyers and law firms, a mark of trust within the profession. He also acts as arbitrator (appointed by the High Court of Delhi) and was specially appointed under orders of the Chief of Air Staff to assist in prosecuting a rape case.
 

He advises companies as External General Counsel and has represented internet intermediaries and tech platforms on intermediary liability and platform law. He is widely published in leading legal journals and national dailies.
