Sigma Chambers has introduced a Funding Readiness Assessment to help founders review the legal and organisational preparation involved in raising capital. Developed by Abhinav Goyal and Shashi Ranjan, the assessment asks 34 questions covering company setup and ownership, the team, intellectual property, commercial contracts, compliance and data-room readiness.
The assessment takes approximately ten minutes and produces a report tailored to the funding stage selected. It is intended to help founders identify records and arrangements that may need attention before investor diligence begins. The assessment provides an initial review of readiness and does not replace legal advice or a full due-diligence exercise.
